He goes on a mission to a moon called Pandora where
blue creatures called the Navi live.
Humans can't breathe on Pandora, but they Avatars can.
With his Avatar, Jake falls in love with a Navi called Neytiri.
He has to make a difficult choice:
his love for Neytiri or his loyalty to his country,
